On May 4th, Oleoplan S.A.’s soy lecithin received the Halal Certificate of Conformity. As of now, our product, which already meets the most demanding quality standards in the market, also meets the legal requirements and criteria determined by Islamic law.
The compliance of our lecithin with the requirements established by the Halal Certification Manual CHS 12001-2 and the GSO 2055-1 standard has been audited by the Islam Disclosure Center for Latin America.
